Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international standard shipping via DHL and, upon request, DHL Express. The following shipping rates are automatically applied at checkout:

Germany: €5
EU: €15
Switzerland / UK: CHF 25 / £25
International: $45

Please note that we are not responsible for any import fees, taxes, or duties on international orders.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and offer payment via invoice. Payment terms are Net 30.
