You may return or exchange your order within 30 days of receiving it, for any reason.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To request a return or exchange, please complete the form on this page within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your request has been approved, we'll send you further instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused or returned to the sender.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We can provide a DHL return label with a QR code, so you can return your order easily without needing to print a label.

Returns from Germany
A €6 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Returns from Austria
A €10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Returns from EU
A €15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Returns from outside the EU
Please return your order using UPS or FedEx only. The package must be correctly declared as a returned item for customs purposes. Any import duties, taxes or customs charges resulting from an incorrect declaration will be deducted from your refund. If customs payment is required to release a shipment, we will not pay these charges and the parcel will be returned to the sender at the customer's expense.

Rayas Collective is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged during return shipping. We therefore recommend using a tracked shipping service.

If you are located in Berlin, you may also return your order in person at our studio, but you must first submit a return request and wait for approval.

Sale items, discounted items, gift cards, personalised or custom-made products cannot be returned.
